Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, DC, and US territories (PR, VI, GU). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier (USPS / UPS) and not guaranteed. Transit times exclude processing time.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be displayed before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, high volume (holidays), or operational issues outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays once the package has left our facility.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and your local carrier first. We are not responsible for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at and we will open a carrier investigation.

Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Verify your address carefully. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted; delivery times may be longer.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state/local rates.
